About The Flourish Movement Podcast…
Through the Flourish Movement program we have had the pleasure of meeting many school leaders. The program works strongly on building collegiate support to remind school leaders they are not alone. In the program, we have heard their stories of success, resilience, challenges, joy and sadness.
One thing we observed is that each school leader has a ‘superpower’, which is something they do exceptionally well. We wanted to give them a platform in which they can share this skill and others can learn from it. This is why we have created The Flourish Movement podcast, a space where they can teach other school leaders the knowledge, strategies and skills that allows them to be world class leaders.
Hear all about their secrets on how to be successful in educational leadership.
Be You educator wellbeing tools
Our wellbeing can change moment to moment, day to day, year to year, and can be influenced by what’s happening in a specific moment and the actions that we take.
Your wellbeing is important. It affects your health, outlook, personal life and how you build relationships with children, young people, families and colleagues. Looking after your wellbeing also puts you in a better position to support others in your care.
Be You has a range of resources you can use to support your mental health and wellbeing. There are also lots of other resources that can offer guidance and practical strategies for educators.
